HCM-TT GENESIS

TT GENESIS is a premium residential development located in Phuoc Kien, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by a joint venture comprising TT Capital, Vietmax Capital, Cosmos Initia, Hinokiya Group, and Koterasu Group. The project is positioned as a “Japanese-inspired curated residential development”, combining international development standards with the needs of end-users in the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Spanning approximately 1.9 hectares, TT GENESIS comprises two 30-storey towers, The Maris and The Lucis, offering more than 1,400 apartments and 12 townhouses, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 35 to 260 sqm. Two-bedroom apartments starting from 70 sqm account for a significant proportion of the residential inventory, catering primarily to owner-occupiers.
